I am currently a full time student and will graduate in August 2019. Fortunately, I have just got a permanent job offer in Prince George starts in September 2019 with a Big4 company as a senior auditor. The offer mentions a probation period of 6 months. I contacted the HR to clarify, they told me that right when I start, they will sign a permanent contract with me. In the contract, it will include the 180 days probation period, after this period, if there is no termination, it is assumed that I have passed the probation and move on to be their permanent employee. No additional legal document will be issued.

I wonder if in September, right when I start with them, the permanent contract that I sign would be eligible under the term of "permanent job offer" of BC PNP ? Will the probation period effect this? or Should I wait until I have passed the probation period to start the application with BC PNP ?

Please help!

~~ Express Entry Profile Jobs NOT SAME with BC PNP ~~

Dear Experts:
In my Express Entry Profile, I mentioned work experience for 3 jobs but in BC PNP (expression of Interest application) I mentioned only 2 job work experiences but I forgot to mention 3 job work experiences.
Thank GOD: I still managed to receive an Invitation (with a total of 123 Scores) to submit my BC PNP application, but I'm worry to know:
Is it ok if NOW I include 3rd Job Work Experience into my BC PNP application for further processing?
Hope there will be no impact if I did not mention 3rd work experience earlier in BC PNP (EOI)

You............. didn't even graduate at the time of posting this and got a job as a senior auditor? Not even a junior auditor - a SENIOR auditor? You went from being a student still studying to a senior auditor?

How did you do that????
