We have DM on both sides of ecas, but have received no DM letter. I asked IRCC, and they told me no decision has been made on my file, and that I have to keep waiting for a final decision. Does the applicant-side DM on ecas indicate a decision on AIP, then? The way DM on sponsor-side just means sponsor approval? Or does it not really mean anything specific? Or what? I can’t find a clear answer anywhere.
