The app will not be processed faster from Canada. It will still be sent to New Delhi and take the same amount of time.

I had my baby in the US march 2019 but currently reside in Ghana with my spouse and we both have a PR (got in 2017)
We want to sponsor the child so we can all move finally next year. Can we do the application from outside Canada? or we must be living in Canada to do the application?

One of you must be living in Canada to do the application. It cannot be submitted from outside of Canada.
Thank you so much @scylla ....how long does either of us have to live in Canada for....also can I go to Canada and put in the application and leave after like 2 months? or better still how long does it take to get everything sorted.
Either of us do not intend to stay for longer than 2 months if we submit application, but we intend to move finally next year. We just want to sort out adding the newborn.
You must be living in Canada when you submit the application and continue living in Canada while it's processed. Processing will take 6-8 months. No - you cannot put in the application and leave after 2 months. If you do this, expect the application to be canceled.
We are new pr to canada amd wife pregnant, we just landed last month not having any job currently, will my spouse eligible for any govt help during maternity and pregnancy like you talked about EI or not?
Not sure about other government help/social assistance.
But if you don't have a job, there is no EI (you and your employer contribute payment to EI for a period of time before you can claim EI).
How did you obtain your PR? If it's under economic stream, didn't you have to provide proof of fund? If you are under protected person, there maybe other social assistance programs.
If it's still at early stage of pregnancy, it's best to find jobs and start contributing to EI and by the time baby is born, mother can get Maternity benefits. The amount is relative to your income before claiming the EI.

1. If we move to canada , is it possible to survive for my family , if I do survival jobs for initial months
2. As my wife will not be in position to do job for at least 6 month total, 3 month before and 3 month after pregnancy . Only I will be earning is it possible to survive?
