Visa options for baby born outside Canada to PR parents

I am planning to move to canada in march month and I have one query , I am planning to settle in hamilton ontario area. I and my wife both are jobless and my wife is pregnant also.
I want to ask
1. If we move to canada , is it possible to survive for my family , if I do survival jobs for initial months
2. As my wife will not be in position to do job for at least 6 month total, 3 month before and 3 month after pregnancy . Only I will be earning is it possible to survive?
