Unable to add file in gc account key

Could you please help me in adding my file to gc key as I had paper submitted the application reference number on vfs receipt is like this format suppose INJ*/111111/2222/33 when I go and put in application number section,it doesn’t accept this format.
Otherwise my timeline is
10 June paperwork submitted in Jalandhar (India)
10 June biometrics done
12 June file is under process till now in New Delhi
I am going for short course which stats on 2nd July
Bit worried .

Dear,
I assume u applied from jalandhar punjab
if one applicant then just type without /
if more than one applicants applied together then last5 digits are eg 23455,/23456/234357 ( are for each of the applicants).
try filing like 20190627injutrv 23455
for next 20190627injuTRv23456 & so on.
