I guess they do !!!..my paper application review started Friday 25th may evening.. approval & dispatch on tuesday both on 29th may....but visa date is 26th may.(saturday) For paper application...status doesn't change till visa sticker pasted on passport & ready for dispatch..so actual approval...

TRV,,,, though not necessary..but U can check exact status of your application instead of waiting for emails/sms. plus u know the result..instead of being on tenterhooks..wondering the outcome of your application till u receive passport by courier
