Nope, they said they don't know what request was sent out but I should expect a paper mail soon and find out myself.
hope you get it soon.. provide them whatever they need on the same day! and as their pattern is, send back paper mail and raise CSE too so that you dont miss anything

i am also with you guys. MAy 01,2018 AOR. Stuck in Eligibility review required. Right now on BWP. dnt knw what to do. it sucks.
My current work permit expires in May, 2020. When can I apply for BWP? How long it gets issued for?
I am stuck in Security with CBSA (CSIS has closed the file), also the Info Sharing is still ongoing ("Ready to be Assessed") for forever
BWP is for PR applicants whose PR is in process and their current WP is going to expire. your PR will be come before may 2020, so you wont be eligible for BWP
Do you really think it will come before May 2020? my AOR is May 2018
