IMM5406e-ADDITIONAL FAMILY INFORMATION

Hi,

IMM5406e got updated this month(June,2019) and in "SECTION A" new row has been additionally added called "Parent".I have no idea what does this mean here and what information I need to fill up in this row. In the old form we need to give information only about the Applicant, Spouse, Mother and Father.

Can anyone suggest what needs to filled here with the Relationship "Parent"?

I think It for a 'parent' who does not identify themselves as mother/father (female/male). You can just put Not applicable

Yeah, true.

In my case, this should be N/A as I already mentioned mother and father details.

Hello all, I have got ADR to submit updated form IMM5669e along with parents information. I was having tough time to get the exact dates that I mentioned in the address history while submitting the form. (I have stayed in multiple working hostels and at the time of submission, i gave the dates to the best of my knowledge). I am really worrying as I have only 2 days to submit application. If there is any mismatch in the dates in address history, will it cause the rejection of my PR ?

Can someone please help if there is a way to check the submitted address history?

Is there any issue if we don’t put exact dates as i also forgot to mention few addresses in the form which I cannot remember?

Looks like, this form is not available anymore, which is weird. I tried to locate the form on CIC webisite, but I am to find the form with last updated version of 11-2018 which is not same as what I saw in June.

Can anyone confirm the change which was introduced in June to have an additional field called "Parent" has been removed and rolled back to old form?
