4. We sent you a notice on May 22, 2019 to appear and write the citizenship test on June 17, 2019 at 12:30 PM.
5. Decision made on June 22

I noticed that almost no one from Toronto has received yet their test invite. Is it normal in Toronto to have such processing times? I know people in Montreal who sent their application after me and already received the test invite!

I am in Toronto as well and still waiting. My family applied last Summer and just took her exam last week. It took her little more than a year.

I applied from GTA (Brampton) and experiencing delays. They started processing my file since April 02. I am still waiting for the test invite.

IP to Test is normally one of the longest waits. I’ve been IP April 9th and am not massively concerned yet.

I’m in Scarborough. But as posted before every office gets blamed for slowness. Just in the last couple of days there are posts saying Montreal is so fast and Montreal is so slow almost next to each other.

All offices can be slow, or fast. Some people get lucky some do not. Average is 12 months but even FP makes it non routine. And some people wait > 12 months even for it being routine.
