I just called CIC, they said my background check is done and waiting for either medical extension or re-medical. Then he said 19 months, so expected date is Aug 08 2019...
This is the second time and probably last I call them because it seems to me there are no explanation to how anything works time-wise.

Just have to wait and pray.

Yup. I said before I have a similar timeline as yours and we will see what happen next. My concern is my passport is expiring in a year and I hope I will get PR before Nov, 2019.

Hi, guys
I need an advice from inland applicants.
I’m in Canada for 3 years, never went abroad, but now I have to fly back home.
Do you know how it can effect process?
If someone travel home during the process? Did you update any information?

I think I am very close to PR, but I can’t wait

Hi! It will not affect your application. Especially if you already passed medicals and got your pre-arrival (aka passed eligibility)
