Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
I already have a consultant and all docs were in place.

Probably my query was not properly explained and everyone is misunderstanding me.

for 2 months work exp. I got a very basic letter from the company which wasn't serving the purpose of job descriptions that I needed. So I got it from one of the managers and got it from his official email id. Scanned and made him sign it, scanned and then submitted it along with his business card from work.
Did not mention why I got it from the manager and not from office letter head by HR because it was difficult to explain in LOE that due to office politics, the senior management did not wish to help me. This was suggested by our consultant as they said writing such in LOE will get unwanted attention on the letter.

now as I only know there is an RR in Eligibility, I am wondering it is because of this letter as it is not from the HR.
You should write an loe explaining about why you could not get the letter on letter head for 2 months. Submit it through cse.

No, I am working in here for the last 2.5 years.. All my experience are before ITA.
just that 2.4 years is for my main NOC where 2.2 is from my last organization and the rest 2 months is from my present organization.
Remaining 8 months is for a different NOC.
Total 3 years.

I hope I am clear now.

My query was that for these 2 months I had to submit a ref. letter from the organization and due to company politics I did not get the one I needed. So I took it from another manager, from his email id. Got it printed, then signed by him and then scanned and submitted it along with his business card.

So I am doubting because this letter is not from the company letter head and directly from the HR, which the other 2 company letters are...there is an RR.
Hence was thinking if they deduct it and give me points for 2.10 years.

I hope I could explain now
I believe that email copy could be the reason why you may be marked for RR

However, are you sure RR is for that specific work experience? It could be for something else. Without knowing what the RR is for there is no point in fretting about it.

Suppose, you try to take an action regarding that specific work experience and later find out it was not marked for RR then you will definitely bring unwanted attention to your case. It will be a huge mess and the case officer will have no choice but put your case for further review to sort out the confusion. Then they will start digging deeper.

So I would suggest to wait till your GCMS notes arrive and you can take the appropriate action

Me neither, but now 90% I am under SS now. Travel history is to 5 well-developed countries, non-military-related career... maybe the only reason is the dependant ever worked for the government for couple years!

I don't know if you guys actually understood my concern.

So let me try to explain again.

I worked in X organization for 8 month from 2013 to 2014, NOC is B category.
Then I worked in Y organization from 2014 Aug to 2016 Oct, 2 years 2 months, NOC B category
Then from Oct 2016 to present I am working in Z organization, NOC B category (same NOC as of Y Organization).

Now,

I need 3 years work experience to claim full points.
I got letter from X organization in company letter head from HR.(8 months)
I got letter from Y organization in company letter head from HR (2.2 years)

Making it 2.10 years

For my Z organization (present company) I got a very basic reference letter from company as my immediate manager and senior manager did not give me the exact job duties that I mentioned in my letter. They changes my write ups saying I cannot disclose them. (They even said I have got a job in Canada already which is why I need this letter, and they have contact in Canada embassy, so they know). Hence the letter they gave me could not be used as it would clearly give me a rejection.
Therefore I approached another manager who helped me and gave me the exact job descriptions of what I do but he could only give it to me from his official email address. I printed it out, got him sign on it, then scanned it. Also got his business card.

Therefore, as for my present organization the letter was not from the HR and from company we decided to select the main job of Y organization (2.2 years), then X organization with NOC for 8 months, making it now (2.2+.8=2.10 years). Remaining 2 months to make it 3 years was taken from present organization.

We were suggested not to mention anything on LOE about not getting the ref. letter from my present organization in company letter head because he said the letter from the manager and his business card would be enough. Mentioning why I did not use the letter from the office would create unwanted attention in my application.

Now, last week we were marked RR in Eligibility after 6 months 3 weeks post clearing re-medical. The agent said despite this file looks good and no red flags.
However I am worried if the RR is for the letter from the manager as it is not from the company like the other too.

Hence was thinking if incase they consider to remove this work exp., I will be left with 2.10 years.
My CRS was 464, and Sithlord said the cut off for the draw in 15th NOV 2018 (where I got ITA) was 449.

Is there any way to take exp. for only 2.10 years now? Then I hope our CRS wont go below 449!! :(

First of all, you should clearly put this info in LOE.. You could have got a denial email from HR or current manager, where they say this is only you get as per policy.. Secondly, the ex managers who helped, should provide their experience letter, tax returns (form 16) and pay slips from their ex company indicating their employment with your current company.. Also attach their current company id card, business card etc... Write a nice loe.. explaining why you didn't get a correct reference letter, mention the rejection email and attach it, secondly mention about the referral from your ex manager and attach all his ex and current employment proofs.. raise a cse..

Also take expert opinion from @SithLord and other senior members! All the best!!
I already told my manager and HR that this letter would not help me, better give me an email stating that the JD I want cannot be provided as per company policy.
They denied to do that too. They said take it or leave it, nothing more. So I took it but did not use it.

Please read the post once again, my ex manager helped me by contacting another manager in the organization right now to help me with the ref letter. So nothing is required from ex manager (just mentioned here for all of your better understanding). The manager who gave me the ref letter is with the company now and already gave his business card.

There is no rejection email and I never mentioned anything as such. I don't know what are u talking about!!!

I think you need to please read the post again.

Agreed. The basis for adding a LOE is to cover all grounds and also ensure that you are following according to the regulations. If there's even the slightest chance at a discrepancy in your documents, you should attach a LOE to explain it.

One of the greatest pieces of advice I've received during my application process is to never assume that the officer would think in your favor or give you the benefit of the doubt, he's there to process your application according to the documents you provided. If there is the slightest possibility of a discrepancy, it should be noted with an LOE. Don't leave anything for chance.

If I were you, I'd give all the explanations of why I couldn't get a job duties letter from the current management, provide all refusal emails and any other supporting documents to back the claim.
And then provide your ex-manager;s letter with supporting proof that you had worked under/with him and any and all evidence of his position in the company.
Again, I do not have any refusal email as there was no refusal. I wrote that already!

Also my ex manager only helped me to connect with another manager who is presently working in the org. for my ref. letter and he only gave it to me. I have submitted his business card.

I don't understand where did I mention all of these for people to misunderstand my whole post:(:(:(:(

This is the only comment that makes sense.
As I am only presuming that the RR is for this work exp. I think I should wait to get the notes 1st.
It can be for some other reason too and I would not want to unnecessarily highlight it.

Thank you for your advice :)

That's right.
This is only just a guess that this RR is for this.
Just thought of knowing if they can remove these 2 months and rate my application on 2.10 years.

Yes it is possible they can make assessment based on 2.10 years work experience.

Don't worry having your case marked for RR means it's probably going to be take longer to get it processed so consider this as a positive sign. Wait for your notes to arrive and once you are sure what the RR is for, the best way to approach this is by sending in a LOE detailing the reason why you couldn't get your experience in the company letter head. Submit any additional documents necessary to prove your case.

Waiting for 30-35 days for the notes are making me go crazy and these thoughts are popping up.

also there is another concern that can lead to RR.

we had hired a travel agency for our trip to Thailand and they were supposed to get our visa as per the package.
However they submitted our passport very late and it wnet to such an extent that we had our flight in 48 hours and we did not receive our passport back. So they decided to take the passport back from the embassy and returned it to us 12 hours before our flight.
The embassy stamped our passports with VOID before returning it to us.
Though post this void stamp and date, we entered Thailand on "on arrival visa" within the next 24 hours. We mentioned the same in LOE but if the RR is for this, we have nothing to prove why this stamp is there on our passport.
These last moment decisions with the travel ageny was all done over phone and there is no mail for it!!

So calculating my CRS on 2.10 years and then clearing the file is possible right? That is what I wanted to know.
Our CRS was 464. Is there any way to find out what would our new CRS be if the work exp is now 2.10 years.

Want to check if it still remains above 449 to make it through.. :(

Even I had got review required for client information. I guess if you upload letter of explanation it automatically marks it as review required. Nothing to worry about!
Might be the case, I have seen for some documents like PCC, Education, Passport, Medicals they marked it as Checked. So the only thing pending for checking is work ex and sibling docs which don't have any remarks. I will order gcms notes again on completion of 6 months. 8 more days to go for that.
