Thanks for responding. What exactly did you ask? information on your case plus provided case details? I am scared to ask. I am not sure if my brain can handle seeing a September bring forward date :(
I asked him if he can help get an update on my case and provided my case details like full name, date of birth, immigration class and application number.

His secretary replied within 30 minutes and provided the same status I had known since May 9th. Only new detail I got was due date from June 11, 2019 moved to August 9, 2019 :)

Now I am sure when I call on August 10th I will be given another new due date somewhere in October :D:D:D

I just get the feeling my case officer has probably died while my case was in queue and Ottawa has no clue what to do with the queue anymore :D:D:D

So your 3 year work experience comes under multiple NOCs?

If I am correct 2.4 years from your primary NOC and 8 months in a different NOC?
that's right.
out of these 2.4 years for primary NOC, 2 months is from my current organization where there can be the issue as stated in my last post.

Though I am only predicting this..

What can be done? any idea please?

I am back!
I have a doubt. Need your suggestion guys!

I recently got RR in Eligibility post re-medical last week, as you guys are already aware.
Though the agent said it is nothing to worry about but I can't just sit on it and hatch eggs...so ordered GCMS notes today.
Anyway, I think there can be an RR for my present job. I had asked for a reference letter from my organization and the senior management along with my present manager conspired against me and changed most of my job duties and gave me a very basic one which hardly mentions and clarifies the job duties. They kept saying that they cannot mention as it against their business rules. I and my manager do not gel well and hence she took the advantage here and asked the senior management to give a letter but provide such details which would be of no use to me.
I the contacted my ex manager and he contacted another manager from our organization who decided to personally help me. He gave me the reference letter mentioning the job duties that I needed and gave it me to from his office email id. I printed it out, got him to sign in there and scanned and submitted it along with this business card. I did not notarize as he was unsure about it, because he already helped me risking his job..so I did not force him.
I have a consultant nd they said this would work and told me not to mention this in LOE that office did not provide so got letter from a manager as this might seek unwanted attention.

Now, my primary NOC is for my ex organization where I worked for 2.2 years. I have letter on company letter head from HR for that.
I have 8 months experience in a different NOC, so shared the same (making it now total of 2.10 years) also have reference letter in company letter head from HR
Lastly my present organization, here I need only 2 months (to get 3 years) and for this I have the same NOC as the primary NOC.

That makes it 3 years in total.

My question is, if they do not consider from the present organization (where I need points for only 2 months) and gave me RR, can they remove this experience and re-calculate my CRS score?
My CRS score was 464 when we applied and ITA was on 15th November 2018.
I do not remember the cut off, if it was 450 or above.
If they reduce this present organization experience and re-calculate, how much would be new CRS be for 2.10 years?? Can anyone please help me calculate this ?

Just wanted to know if this will help remove the RR and process my file or can lead to a rejection?
First of all, you should clearly put this info in LOE.. You could have got a denial email from HR or current manager, where they say this is only you get as per policy.. Secondly, the ex managers who helped, should provide their experience letter, tax returns (form 16) and pay slips from their ex company indicating their employment with your current company.. Also attach their current company id card, business card etc... Write a nice loe.. explaining why you didn't get a correct reference letter, mention the rejection email and attach it, secondly mention about the referral from your ex manager and attach all his ex and current employment proofs.. raise a cse..

Also take expert opinion from @SithLord and other senior members! All the best!!

Agreed. The basis for adding a LOE is to cover all grounds and also ensure that you are following according to the regulations. If there's even the slightest chance at a discrepancy in your documents, you should attach a LOE to explain it.

One of the greatest pieces of advice I've received during my application process is to never assume that the officer would think in your favor or give you the benefit of the doubt, he's there to process your application according to the documents you provided. If there is the slightest possibility of a discrepancy, it should be noted with an LOE. Don't leave anything for chance.

If I were you, I'd give all the explanations of why I couldn't get a job duties letter from the current management, provide all refusal emails and any other supporting documents to back the claim.
And then provide your ex-manager;s letter with supporting proof that you had worked under/with him and any and all evidence of his position in the company.

Very true! A good LOE will be the difference between a successful application and refusal. Even my primary NOC employment was from a previous company, where the reference letter did not have job duties, working hours, full time, salary etc. But i contact the top brass and got denial email and requested my old manager to help me with notary affidavit. I attached his ID card, business card, and currently employed letter which proves his employment with my old company. I wrote a loe mentioning about the denial email and my efforts, and about the manager referral and his proof etc. I requested CIC to consider my case positively with the attached docs in absence of reference letter.... I got my PPR.. so good LOE is essential, if there is any discrepancy..

@SithLord , Man you have got immense knowledge about the entire process, also the thing to be appreciated is that you are so kind & helpful for a lot of applicants here & m sure most of them were benefitted during their visa process .. kudos to you:) Even I started my immigration journey from Aussie PR, but I got nominated for Perth since my profile is into Finance & accounting. As my wife completed her masters in RMIT, Melbourne, she knew that Perth is not so livable city as the temperature goes to the extreme during summer.

@Upasana & @Priya0227 , I really feel u guys.. your story was my story too... My parents always wanted me to join the family business after I quit the job in Jan2018 since I was the only son to them, but that wouldn't have been me anymore; they were pretty much insecure about my immigration process & did not support completely. My Father in law had little hope in me & was always pestering for updates which we were getting vaguely from the consultancy. Finally, everybody's happy now.

So, all I say is keep faith in yourself, be self-confident, trust in God; Peace & success are in the corners :)

So did you try to pull out CBSA note to verify if SS is taking?

You are correct!!

From what I understand, IRCC will not calculate her 2 months wok experience since they were obtained after ITA. The cut-off for November 15th 2018 was 449. So unfortunately, it does not look good for her :(
No, I am working in here for the last 2.5 years.. All my experience are before ITA.
just that 2.4 years is for my main NOC where 2.2 is from my last organization and the rest 2 months is from my present organization.
Remaining 8 months is for a different NOC.
Total 3 years.

I hope I am clear now.

My query was that for these 2 months I had to submit a ref. letter from the organization and due to company politics I did not get the one I needed. So I took it from another manager, from his email id. Got it printed, then signed by him and then scanned and submitted it along with his business card.

So I am doubting because this letter is not from the company letter head and directly from the HR, which the other 2 company letters are...there is an RR.
Hence was thinking if they deduct it and give me points for 2.10 years.

I hope I could explain now

Security has not started also I don't understand how I can fall into SS with just 1 travel history to UK? I have no military or middle east background and have no visa refusals. I can't think of anything in my background that raises flags and would trigger comprehensive security screening

I already have a consultant and all docs were in place.

Probably my query was not properly explained and everyone is misunderstanding me.

for 2 months work exp. I got a very basic letter from the company which wasn't serving the purpose of job descriptions that I needed. So I got it from one of the managers and got it from his official email id. Scanned and made him sign it, scanned and then submitted it along with his business card from work.
Did not mention why I got it from the manager and not from office letter head by HR because it was difficult to explain in LOE that due to office politics, the senior management did not wish to help me. This was suggested by our consultant as they said writing such in LOE will get unwanted attention on the letter.

now as I only know there is an RR in Eligibility, I am wondering it is because of this letter as it is not from the HR.
