I have been living in Canada for 5 years.

I initially came here as an international student, and then I got open work permit.
I have two years of working experience.

My highest education is diploma only.

Because of this, my current score is 425.

Now there are few options that I have to get PR.

1. Improve IELTS score which could improve my score to 450. Which I have been trying to do.

2. Get a valid job offer with LMIA..

3. Apply for PNP.

So my questions are :

1. Is there any law firm that can assist me with getting a valid job offer?
2. I have selected all provinces in my EE profile, but haven't heard anything in 1.5 years. So if I want to apply for PNP, what sorts of things I need to do?

3. Regarding LMIA job offer, I work in IT field, my previous employer RBC refused to provide me LMIA.
and my current status in canada is "Visitor record"

Please let me know if you are aware of the above questions I asked. N ask away if needs clarification on something.

I would advice you to apply for "extension of work permit" , I think you will get refusal, but it will give you enough time to prepare or do something, and also you can work until you get the decision on your application.

You will get refusal unless you have LMIA, so after refusal you can think about visitor record. Will give you more time.

Thanks for your response but if I would apply for extension and keep working I’ll go out of status in Canada and I have to apply for restoration status. My plan is to take visitor record first and then prepare for IELTS. My CRS is currently 445 and looking to get perfect score in all modules. If you don’t mind can you text your number.
