Can anyone share their experience on how strict are they about photo specifications? Photo should be 50mm x 70mm, but in my case height is just a slight above 7.2 centimetres instead of 7cm. Could this cause rejection of photo?

Either you get it on the account or email. Whichever you get, you can upload. Regarding Height and weight, that's what I did, hopefully someone else can confirm if that's the only thing we need to do in that case.

I did my upfront medical exam on 18th Jan and got updated on 23rd Feb, but they updated in wrong application. They updated in Visitor visa application which requires no medical exam and didn't update on PR application, does this mean anything ? and how can I get this updated on my PR...

I did upfront medical exam for PR but also had an ongoing visitor visa application. Did upfront med on 18th Jan, and it is updated but it is updated on Visitor visa application and not on PR which it was intended for. what can you do with this IRCC man? this is just so annoying.
