Still waiting for DM on PA's side
Are you a sponsor or PA? What is your PA background / Country of origin? I've noticed a few of my classmates from South Asia got their application stuck at background check in Express entry application. It's probably CBSA checks that usually causes the application to take longer.
I hope everything goes good and you are through fast.

So there is a separate procedure you have to follow for PR i thought you just have to link it your CIC account and its pretty much same
What do you mean separate procedure to follow?maybe yes you can link it on your cic account but I don’t have cic account coz I have a lawyer. What I meant on the June13 effectivity date was the processing of PR card is 13 days only for the new PR Card application.

Why? I thought you become a PR right after landing and getting the permanent SIN?
May31 was my Landing and yes I became a PR on the said date

But the processing of PR card is 13 days so you will receive the actual PR Card after 13days or more of your landing
