Just noticed that as of yesterday, I've completed the official 6 months processing time which as per IRCC regulation begins when an application is assessed as complete(R10 checks)
Let's congratulate ircc for der efficiency and hard work...... ( sarcasm)
My R10 check was completed on December 17, 2018.
Happily waiting to read February applicants receive PPR and see IRCC maintain their 80% trend

Hi all, this post is not to hurt anyone..Just got the file approved status in my account..n passport has been dispatched from NDVO. Eligibility has been done in dec, background check completed in December. medicals too..But I got IP2 update may 21st, n ppr mail may 27th. Don't know why 5 months they kept on hold..So ppl waiting have positive hopes that your file also have been competed but the officers not updating!!

Your eligibility seems to be marked for Review Required.
You will need to order GCMS notes or call IRCC and find out what is marked for RR
