If you want to go in greater details, they give a complete matrix of who, why and how. In simple words, you are likely to pursue a job in an NOC in which you have most experience; most likely it will be your current job as well and, therefore, it will also be your intended occupation in Canada i.e. Primary NOC.

@priyanka93 , when you do that, pls publish here the exact steps and cic response as this may happen to anyone
Be very affirmative and strong while communicating with cic because you are right and they appear to be wrong in this case. They must compensate.
I have just filled out CSE form and also emailed IRCC. Will contact them as well.

You are correct, the reason won't affect the decision.

A few of my friends went with this reason: "The CRS score won't be high enough to get the invitation to immigrate, and I will sponsor my spouse later" Something like this and still have their application approved . :)
Fantastic! I was actually looking for people who are/were bold enough to state the actual reason behind that choice. Are these friends on the forum to actually hear from them and ask specific wording of their writing?

To my knowledge, normally IRCC explicitly states what's incorrect to do but for this case (You can't choose non accompany for the sole purpose of CRS increase) they haven't which means it is not wrong to do. What they don't approve they clearly mention it, for example, using loan money as POF.

I didn’t want to comment on it. But as you asked, my friend this logic is completely wrong, not a gud sign by any chance
You can refer the calculative posts of other members and you will find out that per day addition of 451+ candidates has increased tremendously since May
May220–>240–>303June
People know that 440s is no longer the sweet spot so they are making more effort in getting higher scores in CRS (Spouse's ielts and ECA), changing to non-accompanying, etc...

You can also see there's not much increase in 441-450 range where as last year this was higher I believe.

Guys above 450, please stop freaking out. Our time will come. This CRS uptick at-least to me seems to be a temporary thing. It might have to do with Graduation season or Job completion season. With these many candidates above 460 there’s only one explanation. These are inland candidates who are young (implying they are students or young professionals with Canadian degrees).

We may see sharp fall in CRS scores if the draws are conducted every fortnight going forward. Think about it, they have to issue about 48000 more ITA’s this year. Do you guys honestly think there are so many people above 450? Just look at the pool distribution, 450+ scenario is not dim at all, it might take at most 4-5 draws to reach lower 450 levels again.

People with Macrophobia should consider other possibilities to increase their CRS score, for others who have time and patience, please wait it out and find something to do until you get an ITA. This might also help you when you wait after submitting your application for approximately 6 months.

Hey, guys, there’s a maintenance notice up on the IRCC website again!
“This online service will be unavailable from 2:30 a.m. to 5:30 a.m. Eastern time, on Tuesday June 18, 2019, in order to perform system maintenance.”

What do you think? B2b draw or another update or just stop taking it as a sign of an upcoming draw?

I really really wish this notice is for a draw this time. But cic isn't being very generous lately so lets not get our hopes too high.
