Hi, I know this issue has been discussed quite many times but I wasn't able to find an answer to my question and ask here again. I appreciate your help in advance.
To briefly explain my situation
- I finished my degree in December 2018 at UBC without any course failure and any part-time study term.
- My study visa expires at the end of July
- Stayed outside Canada from Jan to May
- Applied for PGWP in May and refused last week because I did not comply with the biometric collection by mistake.
I did not get any job offer yet but have a few recruitment processes going on right now so trying to get PGWP as soon as possible. I was suggested to go to the US border and do flagpole.
Does anybody has gone through or heard of a situation like me? What can be the worst scenario that I will face if I apply for the visa through Flag Pole? Are officers going tough about the Flag Pole for PGWP? Thank you very much.
