Okay.. I had sent them a web form few hours later they send me request for medical. I will get that done next week. Keeping my fingers cross. When are you travelling?

What is your timeline? I'm waiting for medical request as well. Processing in India says 3 weeks and Tuesday will be 5 weeks for me. Planning on sending web form at the 5 week mark. What did you say on the web form?

Applied online General category - May 9,2019
Already had Bio metrics so did not need to resubmit.
Request for Medical on- June 14 2019.
Our country takes 5 weeks to process, so after I passed that I sent them an email asking for a update.
A couple hours later they replied stating they send info to check my CIC account.

Then I think it's good enough. I hope you have written strong SOP about why you chose to study in this 1 year program even tough you have already Bach degree. And why you couldn't study this particular program in your home country.
Many of the crms notes I have read in this forum forgot to mention about why they should study in Canada instead of their home country. IRCC probably thinking why this particular person wanted to study in Canada by spending so much money for lesser degree.

, i added that some of the modules in the program are not done in my home country and the edition is quite different. i dont know about been strong, just about myself, why i chose the course, i explained the course, told them about my job and why the course will be relevant to my promotion and better job in my home country and about opening a side company to train others, then talked about returning and others.

You can take an appointment online. Don't fall for your agent's claims. Also please ensure that the agent who is handling your case file is authorized to do so.

hey bro do I need to give medical exam once more if I am applying for my visa for second time and first time I passed the medical exam

medical exam is valid for one year brother,hence submit the same medical certificate issued to you previously if one year has not passed as much i know,best of luck bother,i am also eagerly waiting,god should help us

Guys received a rejection for student visa tdy (NON-SDS) stating

1.I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.

2.Your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of: your level of establishment, language abilities, financial ability and I am not satisfied you are a genuine student and that you will depart Canada at the end of your authorized stay.

Pls advice what to do.

I had attached the following documents with the application.

a. IMM 1294
b. University offer letter
c. Copy of Passport
d. Financial - certificate from Chartered Account along with bank declarations
a. Affidavit from parent and grandparent to support me for education & living expenses
e. Digital photograph
f. IMM 5645
g. IMM 5257
h. Copy of e-Medical information sheet along with receipt

What all should I include....and when should I apply again for sept intake.

As earlier I didn’t submitted the assest certificate so now I am submitting it and also writing a new sop explaining each and every reason which they pointed out . If you have time then go for gcms letter where you can get detailed information about your visa application and you can tackle the problem.

At the moment what reasons did they state

Refusal Grounds:

* I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay. Base on your personal asset and financial status.

* base on your current employment situation.

* I am not satisfied that you have sufficient and available financial resource, without working in Canada, to pay the tuition fee for the course or program of studies that you intend to purse.

* I am not satisfied that you have sufficient and available resources, without working in Canada to maintain yourself and any family members who are accompanying you during your proposed period of study.

* To pay the cost of transporting yourself and any member who are accompanying to and Canada..
