my reason of refusal was:your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of one or more of your qualifications,level of establishment,previous studies or academic records.i have sent visa support documents from institute brock university,my requirement of mba degree as per my experience my interest and better score in management subjects,for level f establishment i have shown continuous income of my parents in India having own house,car and various fds including pension with ca report,i have shown high score of statistics and economics and more documents of finance and education,now let us see how god and vo help me as per my consultant this time i must get approval,now god should help,thanks

I want to apply for a course in Intercultural communications and Management. My pr application is already in process but I want to go there to study. I have looked through many universities for courses but not found any course which is appropriate for my profile - I am a masters of philosophy in languages and work in India as a language trainer and cross culture expert. But I do not have formal degrees in English or Intercultural comm/management. What courses would be best suited for me? Pls advise. Any advice will be helpful

Hey everyone, I received a rejection yesterday. I am not sure if I should now apply by SDS or Non-SDS because my classes are starting from 1st September and it would take at least 15 days to complete my documents. Please suggest.

I opted for academic. Academic is for study purposes and general is for immigration.
best suggestion can come from a good consultant who has succeeded in approval of refusal cases,as much i know when you re-apply documents obviously will be more than first apply,in that case paper application is advisable,but still go as per suitable consultant,best of luck,i have also reapplied and waiting again for decision

I had applied for my study permit online on 5th May. My biometric was done on 7th may. Till date I have not recieved any update from Ircc in my gckey a count. My biometrics number got updated in my account but no further update I recieved. Is there anyone with me in the same situation?
