Dad's biometric letter received but not mum's

Hi guys

I put in my mum and dad's application together (on the same application). I just got a biometrics request letter for dad but not for mum.

Do I need to wait for my mum's Biometric enrolment or can she go in with my dad for her biometric enrolment too?

Hi, I’ve encountered the same thing. Applied for mom and dad but only Principal Applicant got the letter. Paid the fees upfront. Do they only receive 1 letter only?

Hi iam in the same situation , applied for parents super visa on 15th , got biometrics for mother same day but still havent received it for my father.how long did it take to get the biometrics?
