Got a ADR for spouse renewed passport on the 6th, uploaded on the same day....however to date, the portal is still saying that they require additional information

Funny thing, is that I sent a copy via the web-form since February and they acknowledged receipt of the same...so not even sure how this request even came about.....sighs.

Call ircc and ask if there is still information pending. System is pretty unreliable but doesn't hurt to call and be sure

I received this email in my gmail inbox . I have not raised any query .
It came in response to the note dropped by IRCC agent to the VO officer . I called IRCC on my last day of 180 days of timeline and she dropped a note since there was no information asked from me and also no action has been taken on my file .

You should try giving ircc a call if you haven't already

Got our COPR today guys. Visa office Pretoria, South Africa. AOR 14 Dec. MEP 25 Jan. no ADR, no ghost updates. PPR 29 may (5months 14days) and COPR today (6 months processing time was due to end today) thnxs loads for all ur support. Wish u all a speedy ppr n copr.. Amen

I "advice" you to call, but they'll probably just tell you they don't know why and they can't do anything.
