This week I complete 7 months (+6 of PNP). 1 ADR in May then silence.
Today I have got GCMC notes, My wife is the primary applicant, i am seconday applicant, My brother is in canada, I have claimed his 15 points as well and in gcms it says insufficient docs of a person resides in canada under A11.2, however I have attached my brother’s PR card, residence card, passport copy and our family tree issued by Govt authority, what else they want? Please suggest what should be the next step to remove their ambiguity, in my case everything is met, except that 15 points, my crs is 445, they have given me 430 complete points, they are reviewing that 15 points. Did u submit utility bills or bank account statements as those documents are also required along with birth certificates.
No I didn't, I am sending it now, my brother sending me all those docs now and then will attach it through webform.
Can my case be rejected ? everything is met except this.
Don’t worry brother,,there’s no scope of rejection at all. All you need to do is provide as many documents as possible related to your brother. These are cases where insufficient document might delay your case but zero scope of rejection. Trust me, you’ll be through this stage very soon.
No need to worry about rejection, it might delay processing but can't be rejected.
