My brother-in-law has got Canadian citizenship because of his grandparents and parents. He was born outside Canada. He has visited Canada but never worked or lived there. He lived in Pakistan throughout his life.Now he wants to sponsor his spouse and children. If he is eligible then what will be the process of outland sponsorship. But if he's not eligible then what would be the criteria for him to follow. NEED GUIDANCE.
