can you please share the process at university side.

Firstly, don't go for WES because they will give you 1year equivalency and it will affect your CRS score. It's better to try some other organizations.
Now, in order to get transcripts, visit the university and you have to pay Rs. 500 and they will handover the sealed envelope to you in 2-3 days. As per WES the transcripts should be sent directly from the university, but Mewar University will not send from their end for sure until and unless you don't have some good contacts in the university.
Moreover, you have to pay a fee of Rs. 5000 to university when they reply to the verification mail from WES.
In my perspective, go to university, collect the transcripts and send to some other organization of your own.

It's mandatory to send via university only else it will get rejected and you will waste your money. If you know someone closely in the university then he/she can help you in sending transcripts directly from university or you can send the transcripts to other organizations.
