I do agree with your prediction....

I do not agree with the high predictions because:

The draw between May 1 & May 29 had 28 day gap (which is normally 14) and as such there was a 20 points rise. So as draw frequency is hopefully returning to the usual 14 days. I would say the score would at least drop to 260 (half of 20) and even more is quite possible as there are less candidates on 460 and above.

This increase happened in 14 days from 10th may to 24th may and the draw happened on 29th, which cleared out all the people above 470. After the draw, there are still 2003 people left in the 451-600 range add to that the increase assuming 2956. the people in the range 451-600 4959 and the increase in 601-1200 range will be around 400. With all these people still in the pool i think the cut off is going to be around 467.

With all these people still in the pool i think the cut off is going to be around 467.

It all depends however on the distribution in the 451-600 group. It can be that a huge number of them are below 460's but above 450 or it could be that more of them are in the 460-470 range.
CIC simply doesn't provide us with adequate data. In view of such, the best we can predict is that cut off will remain above 450 this while. How high? Anybody's guess.

I though personally believe that the it would not be as high as 467, since from the observable data, it is obvious that the bigger build is in the 450-460 range. For every one applicant with 460+ score, there must be at least 2 or 3 applicants stuck in 450-460.

But well, as the saying goes,
'Nothing is sure but death, taxes and the unpredictability of CIC.'
