Work permit days count for citizenship

I came to canada work permit july 2007 and went back august end 2007. I got PR 2013 and moved canada 2016 and staying from there . going to complete citizenship requirement days by sep2019.

can i apply using old 90 days which is 2007 time period for citizenship for early application submission ?

No, you can't. You can count only days during eligibility period which is 5 years prior to the date when you sign your application.
