I Commited misrepresentation, what should i do?

Yes I changed my name a year after I had already applied for Canada visa .and for 8 years on,I have maintained my new name on my passport .
If you changed your name and bate of birth legally, and you have documents to prove that, it's not misrepresentation. I assume you have court documents that show when and why your changed your information. You should attach these documents to the application and explain everything.

Exactly. It's not misrepresentation if these changes happened after you applied.
