With 6 days left to join the 180+ league , i today ordered GCMS Notes hoping that I might get PPR before the GCMS Notes arrive.
Any idea on how to raise a CIC Webform? Hope That will be my last step in the effort for the PPR

It's called IRCC now, not CIC. Maybe you mean CSE (case specific enquiry)? If so, here's the webform, but I would advise against emailing them to say "what's the status?" because they're not going to do anything at all, I promise. CSE is only useful for updating them with things (like getting married, getting cancer, having a baby, etc) or adding documentation. Or possibly asking specific questions about your application.

If you want to ask for the status of your background check (say the words "security" and "criminality" to get each specific status), use the directions in my signature to call IRCC. 1-1-1, 2-1-1-0.

Early in the morning received my Ready for visa mail.I wish I could cry out loud with tears of joy n celebrate with the people who helped me in this wait. Every alternate hour I read every post on this thread. This is the only place I could relieve myself from pain, all these days waiting for my ppr mail. Today was the last day for 6 months. To all those members who provided insights about, how the process works, thank you guys. I will stick around this thread until @derkdsou @SithLord receive the mail they have been waiting for. Received my CoPR with My passport Yesterday. The feeling is overwhelming and emotional after years of Journey towards it. Be patient, you time will surely come. Good luck to the applicants.

Thanks for the reply .. I did call them on Tuesday and they said that Medical has passed and BG check hasn’t started yet hence no inf on security, criminality or eligibility final status. Though the agent did tell that VO for my application is Ottawa

I am a silent reader from past few days. Got my "Ready for Visa" mail today. I would like to thank members for making me familiar with all PPR related terminologies. I was able to make sense of it when i experienced it personally. Had a BG status change and Ghost update - "Application updated" just a day before PPR mail. So with all knowledge gathered from this thread I was pretty sure that my file was atleast picked up..

I just had a call with IRCC. Im confused and hopeless. The IRCC agent said that by BG is in process. When I asked if it is in process or yet to start, he is vague saying it is what ever my online profile says. He also said that Criminal and Security are part of BG when i asked about criminal check. I saw Edmonton as my secondary office in GCMS notes. But this guy said my VO is ottawa. not sure if VO and CPC are different. When I asked if there is a timeline when I can expect any meaningful updates, he asked me to call after 60 days. im done. Not going to make anymore enquiries.

They are not even transferring calls now, they are frustrated I get it. But, they do not deserve to take fees from us, and then provide such service
