Mine too was about 3 months for the secondary evaluation. Total time to get the ECA was about 4-5 months from the day I paid them.

So i shouldnt expect WES to be done before august... i will have another chance to give ielts by then ...

Seems you are now doubting your own prowess. A draw just has to happen today. If it doesnt, then you need to tell us why you appeared a week earlier than usual.

Moreover my predictions are bit strict/negative because:
1. Have not considered b2b draws
2. Have not considered increased ITA
3. Have considered the inflow of per day 451+ candidates same as that of May (240)
4. Have considered equal no of candidates in 450s and 460s

If any one of the above factor goes wrong, we can see lower cut-off than predicted, these are just strict assumptions

People practice about 10 Cambridge IELTS books for listening and reading.. and write 5-8 essays before the exam..

Surely i am gonna practice this time.. already on it.. Imagine i was in the pool before OINP happened i would have been telling my happy story.. as they invited NOC 1122 as well.

Depends on your university.

1. They are OK to send an email reply
2. They are fine with the email request and not wait for the hard copy.

If your university does this, then you should expect the ECA sooner, around ~20 - 25 days from the day your university sends a reply.

How long you've waited? We've been following it since January.

Draw has happened at 11.30 pm as well when everyone lost hopes

They may post the information of the draw right before closing their doors. That means it can happen within 5 hours if a draw is coming today.
