I sincerely dont know about british council now.....but in the past it wasnt. You can always put a call through to your center to send the TRF via courier telling them u will bear the cost....

Ok For me in particular i didnt wait for the report to be sent since i only needed the report date...i called the center and they provided the date.....not sure about other centers though hence the reason i said you may have to wait for the report to be sent.

If you are talking about the Test Report Form (TRF) number.....for IDP its right at the bottom of your online result page.....however you still need to wait for the report itself to know the date of the result to fill in your express entry profile.

I am saying that even if all the due oinp are approved today for example.....the effect on the next draw will be marginal.

Please try as much as possible to give accurate information. The high CRS in February and May was due to longer intervals between draws. pnp nominations played little or no role in the scores.

Only problem is.....by the time we have a score of say 454, you will disappear into thin air only to resurface weeks later with a new hypernegative talking point. More grease to your elbows for all the time and energy you put in doing this.
