Application Upload Error

Hello!

I am trying to upload my application for my study permit however I keep on receiving this message.

What can I do?

The form could not be submitted because errors were found.
Error: We couldn't upload your file.
  • Error Description: The version of the document submitted is no longer accepted

I am facing the same error while trying to upload a my work permit application as well as my kids visit permit application. I have done this before and there was no error. I downloaded the latest form, entered all information, validated and saved it. Upon uploading I receive the error that 'The version of the document submitted is no longer accepted'. I tried all browsers: IE 11, Chrome, Firefox. We are in a hurry to get visa as we have less time. Any help is appreciated.

Some people have tried switching the pc, trying on the next day with a different browser/pc or uploading a older version of the form.

Hello,

Unfortunately, I experienced the exact same issue today as I was trying to upload the IMM5257E form. I downloaded the form directly from the application page (shown 06-2019 on the bottom left of the form) and had no issue filling or validating it. However, I could not upload the form due to the same error.

I have submitted a technical issue report in the meantime.

My application is an urgent one and if anyone has any advice as to how I should proceed that would be very much appreciated!

Having the same problem with IMM5257e form for 2 days straight, I tried so many ways switching pc, switching browser, downloading a new form and filling in but still, didn't work at all. Send help, any advices is appreciated!

Which country are you from, In my country(India), there is no such form called 5257E, the same form is called 1294E.

I am applying for TRV and while uploading imm5257e, i am getting the same error. I tried different browsers. I am on latest version of form and adobe reader. I tried using Signature panel on acrobat reader but getting the same error. ANy help is appreciated

this is uday. I am facing same probelm like you. The hell website doesnot allow me to upload it due to version issue. please let me know if you solved it. Because mine too an urgent call to go india for my brother death. So, i thought to send the paper application to express courier.

Are you applying for a extension of TRV ?

Hi guys. although I am submitting imm5709, I am facing the same issue. It shows

no matter what. Who can give me some advice on how to fix this problem? Thank you very much

Hi guys..Even I am facing same issue today. I have got my work permit and want to update my trv but facing same error even after using updated form, updated adobe reader dc.
Please do let me know if you find any solution in this regard. I really appreciate.
