We arw done with medical exams and biometrica, they sent us an email asking for the PR fees and a proof that I (sponsor) will be living in Canada. Knowing that I still live outside of Canada with my spouse and son, am having troubles providing them with the proofs that they need. (Rentals, ownerships, resignation from my current job) why would i resign or start wasting money on a rent if I still dont know when my husband will be receiving his PR?? Idont know what to provide them. Any help?

By resignation they probably mean you sending proof in the form of an official letter (one example) that you wrote to the company that specifies your intentions to move to Canada once your husband’s PR is processed. Also If you have family with whom you would be staying with in Canada until you guys get a place of your own, you could ask them to send you a signed letter stating that they will provide you residence once you land in Canada. If u have no family then screenshots of email of you talking to real estate brokers showing interest in houses and their replies would be good. Plus since you mentioned you have a son, showing proof that you have started looking at and inquiring about schools (and the school’s reply) in Canada is another strong proof of the same.
