LMIA - new job offer

Hello. Currently I'm on a temporary work permit (with LMIA). Still didn't finish this period, but I got new job offer from different company. Are there any restrictions about changing job while I'm on the other work permit with LMIA?

You can't work at the new job without a new work permit.

yes indeed, new employer will provide new work permit. The question is if I can break current 2 years work permit and apply for new one with no restrictions.

Your new employer will need to obtain a new approved LMIA to support the new work permit application.

I get LMIA After i completed barometric in Riyadh CVAC then i received this mail from CVAC ( We would like to inform you that your application has been processed in our office on XX May 2019 You can track the status of your application through our website mentioned below using your tracking number xxx) so now how many days they take?
any body can give advice please

What is the URL of the tracking website? There is a fake one in existence that we already know about.
