Honestly might be best to speak to a lawyer, but from what I understand the NOC code has to be the same or higher.

Well I guess that’s it. I am leaving Canada now. There is no hope for me in getting a nomination. Is there a way to get a BCPNP or Alberta nomination from outside the country?

No way for getting PNP outside of the country. Only EE can make it.
