EE vs BCPNP

Hi. I tried to apply for Express Entry via Canadian Experience Class, but didn't get accepted to the pool.
I was however accepted for BC PNP in Skilled Worker category. I'm at the first stage of application and I'm wondering if I should withdraw my application and try for EE BCPNP instead. Do I need to be accepted to Express Entry pool before applying for Provincional Nomination? I know EE BCPNP asks for Copy of Candidancy from IRCC. Is that a proof of entering EE pool? Cheers.

Yes in order to apply for the EE BC you need to be accepted into the EE pool first. I believe that this is specifically indicated in their manual or technical guide. You should review those two documents thoroughly.
