There is being exist of differences between job title and job description. Is it ok?
Technically you chose the NOC by the lead statement as well as the job duties and responsibilities, but if your job title is NOC level C and you're claiming NOC level B duties, a VO is going to take a good look at that, along with all the supporting documentation.

Needless to say, people who have unskilled experience but want PR will try to "upgrade" their job, sometimes with their employer as an accomplice. Some even convince themselves : )

If you want to post your job duties and responsibilities here, we can give you an opinion, for what it's worth.

And following are the titles of the noc b occupational group.

I'm going to assume you meant NOC 5254... The description under NOC 3414 is not particularly helpful, so it is difficult to select it.

If you really do the planning aspects of the job, I would say you're about 60% there, the other thing is you might look at some of the more supervisory duties under 5254 - if you do scheduling or training of other staff (or perhaps volunteers), don't forget to include that.

Thanks!

Actually, I have got an opportunity to be in that position, but I hasnt been sure if it is noc c or b

. I have thought the title is noc c, but duty seems like noc b. So that’s why I asked some questions here cause I must be in Noc b.
Your saying has been really helpful for me.
Thank you so much!
