New Delhi (NDVO) 2018 - Spousal Sponsorship Outside Canada

Question:

My wife was working in UAE at the time of PR application. We hired a representative to look into our case who was in India.

Now: My wife is no longer working in UAE and has come over to India by surrendering her work permit over there.
In that case, which VFS should we be submitting our passport ? VFS India or VFS UAE ? (We have not updated our home address to India yet)

PS: No PPR request till now, just asking since its better to be prepared in advance.

Hi dear, why you submitted your educational documents in spousal application? I didn't see anywhere that we have to submit marksheets in spousal application

Actually it was mentioned in their letter. Even I was confused what to do But later I sent originals

Pre arrival was through email. My husband got it he’s the applicant. And then decision made cams on esac.

I had a friend asking originals they (NDVO) never sent nothing

Did you get pre arrival services letter?

I wish i have to, bit not yet. Most of the Background check is done in Nova scotia sydney. But security check they do in NDVO as per CIC agent. It has taken almost 3 months to transfer my file from CIC Sydney to NDVO. As most part of the application done before transfer to NDVO, i am expecting a faster result. Hoping for the best.

As far as I hv seen people here get their PPR in 3-5 days of time. Consider a week!!! All the best
