That's serious. How did you know our AIPP applications from Nigeria are been handled at Accra Visa officer's. I know very well that Express Entry applications goes to Accra, I don't know if ours falls in the same category. Please when did you receive your AOR, medical request and Biometrics letter ?

Anyone knows how long will it take to get an endorsement?

Your employer has to email the provincial officer who issued your endorsement. Did’nt you already applied for PR?
Contact your employer the province sometimes ask for additional information and if employer don’t reply the province will not email again. NB is the fastest in terms of endorsement, they never take that long for endorsement processing.
If you have applied to any immigration application to canada your UCI will be 8 digits,
But for people who have applied for first time after 1 jan 2019, IRCC is giving 10 digits UCI.

From the information and the current trend I observed from knowledgeable folks on this thread. You're expected to receive an AOR within 3 to 6 weeks of CIO receiving your documents. On the account that your AOR exceeded this time frame, it's likely that your application has been returned back due to missing documents as stipulated on the document checklist. I would suggest you call IRCC to confirm the progress of your application as this will give you a better clarification on the success of your application.
