Help! Error in uploading IMM1294 form

I am currently trying to upload the IMM1294 form for my study permit application.

However, I received an error which says,

"You have submitted an invalid form. Please complete and validate an electronic version of the application form, save it to your computer, and upload it."

The thing is, I have already clicked on Validate button on the form and it I got a message saying that the validation is successful and it generated barcodes.

Anyone here has experienced similar situation?

Please advise.

Use a higher version of Adobe reader (10 pr higher). After clicking the "validate" button, the form will generate barcodes at the bottom portion of the document. You can check the status of the form at the first page with a box if it is validated (YES). Save file in your pc. Double check and use the same file in uploading. Remeber also to read instructions (?) In your online account before uploading.

As I already mentioned on thread OP, the barcodes were generated after I clicked the Validate button. Also, on the "Validated" box, it has "Yes".

Now, what is the actual cause of the problem? I already read the instructions.

Try to search info in the common issues links in the error message maybe you can find finite answers. I could not think of any other problems if you follow correctly the instructions.

I ended up re-downloading the form from the checklist and filling it out again from zero.

This time I managed to upload it successfully.
