Everything is looked at the day you submit your application. So you have to meet the requirements, including the 6 months average on the date your application was filed. The 6 months average is requirement to make sure that the funds are not borrowed.

If you do not meet the 6 months average, then submitting the 6 months statement will be helpful.

Thanks . Yeah I am planning to submit the statements . The reason why I didn’t provide the statement while submitting is because I just moved money from my other account so that I don’t have to submit multiple letters. It didn’t occur to me that I need to explain my source of funds.

Hey my AOR is same as yours, I received biometrics on the day of MEP 29th March that is. You should have received it by now.

@legalfalcon Any idea why the GCMS note has not been received? it was ordered on April 9th, till now nothing, even i sent them an email with the tracking number. Appreciate your input..

The GCMS notes requested in March end and early April have been delayed. The ones from March were released on May 16.

The Ones from April are yet to be released. The delay is due to the 4 days long weekend. The should be released within this week.

The BIL is sent when an officer reviewed your file and send the letter. It is just that no one worked on your file. There is no reason to be concerned, it will come.

Such a comprehensive post i mist thank you for..
I would appreciate if you could help me with a little anxiety.
Its regarding PoF. My statement that i provided does meet the requirement but most part of ot was gathered during the last 4 months before submitting the application on feb 19. Although there was not any transaction of a huge amount, just a few ranging worth of 200-400CAD. All the funds genuinely belong to me and my spouse, mostly was transaction from my spouse's accounts and fixed deposit certificates that we withdre money from and deposited all in ky account. yet i did not provide any explanation regarding sources of the funds, just because i did not know i should.
Could you please tell how much of a big trouble i might be in?
Also, i did receive an ADR 50 days after AOR but it was just a background declaration. And now its been 95 days since AOR, no updates.

If the fund were in your spouse's account, then your spouse could have simple provided a PoF letter and a declaration that there is no objection in the PA using the funds for the settlement in Canada. There was no need to transfer the funds to your account.

If you did, then you can explain. The reason IRCC asks for 6 months average balance is to ensure that you did not borrow the funds and they belong to you.

You can show the transfer receipts etc.

I am NOC 0213, AOR Feb 1. Mine went really good. I was worried about my eligibility as my company doesnt write roles and responsibilities. I explained that in my LOE & attached R&R written by my boss on company letter head. That seemed fine as I got RFV last week.

Hey guys couple of questions.
my Current score is 458.
hopefully get an ITA by this week.
Can I apply for BOWP as soon as I get my AOR upon submission of PR documents, Or should I wait till i get r10 check complete.?
My work permit expires in AUG 2019. So I have only 2 months to spare.

Morning guys,

I have a question. Last week, I received a request asking additional document and I uploaded it IRCC my account. Then there was no update/change but I have found that Review of additional documents has been changed to 'Not applicable'. Is there anyone know what stage I am?
