My naka attach dapat yun ng parang instruction, na pwede na ding gamitin as recommendation letter sa paghinge ng written explanation sa NBI.

Need help please,CIC Manila is requesting for NBI certification and written explanation of my spouse due to the No Criminal Records remark to his NBI clearance.He went twice to NBI main office in Manila and showed the letter from CIC Manila requesting for the certification but they rejected the letter and asking for the Endorsement letter.I have no idea what is this endorsement letter,,thanks to anyone who can help me here.

Hala, parang ang higpit naman ng personnel na nag aassist sa inyo, sa MAIN na NBI ba yan? Sa MAIN ako, tapos yung pina kita ko lang na letter sa personnel dun is yung attached pdf from CIC na kailangan ko ng NBI then naka address sakin yung letter/pdf na yun.

Yes, actually yung sa akin ay yung email lang from CIC na naka addressed sa akin.. i think it’s the same email letter na natanggap nyo rin po na naka addressed sa mother mo. It was only stating na if “ganun” yung status ng NBI clearance ko, kailangan ko ng letter of explanation, etc. hindi po talaga xa endorsement letter, pero tinanggap po xa ng NBI personnel na nag assist sa akin.. I’m bot sure why di nila tinanggap yung sa’yo, ang sad naman., maybe mabait lang yung personnel na yun or what. Good luck po, maybe you can try again in sa ibang araw, malay mo mag iba yung tao na tatanggap sa’yo, good luck ulit! wag mawalan nag pag-asa!

I need your help, I am sponsoring my parents. The immigration requested nbi clearance, the letter contains each of my parent’s name and then the required docs including nbi. At the very last page there is a note on nbi clearance that have “no criminal record” remark that need nbi certification or explanation, i am from cebu and they said only the main office in manila can issue this. Can I appoint a representative to get this letter of explanation? My dad is in Canada under supervisa, he has a valid nbi clearance with him, issued within 6mos we had it ready but we did not know that we need a letter of explanatin until now. What should I do? What are the documents needed for a representative to obtain my dad’s letter of explanation from nbi, does he need to send his original nbi to his representative?
Hello mga sir ask lang ng advise paano po makakuha ng endorsement letter galing sa canadian embassy para makakuha ng written explanation ng NBI. Ipinakita ko yung notification letter galing sa embassy kaso kailangan daw ng endorsement letter. Pls help. God bless

Hi marijetyes i had a dismissed case..and sa request kasi ng embassy nilagay don to put the date of the case was filed then when i got the certification they only put the docket number and the judgement of the court which is permanently dismissed .i hope they will not make a big deal out of it.
Ask ko lang po kung anong update sa application nio, na grant kna po ba ng visa? And ano yung case na nadismiss was it really serious offense? Thanks
