Nbi letter of explanation

hi . i was wondering if you guys can help me. last week i got my nbi certification from manila about the « no criminal record « remark..my problem is in the letter they did not write the date of the case was filed. is this normal ?

yes i had a dismissed case..and sa request kasi ng embassy nilagay don to put the date of the case was filed then when i got the certification they only put the docket number and the judgement of the court which is permanently dismissed .i hope they will not make a big deal out of it.

Sa nbi certificate ko, Blue ang ink na nagamit ko para sa thumb print. Hindi itim...Acceptable kaya ito sa ircc?

Got the same case..applied for spousal visa but was denied..lacking of written explanation from nbi regarding remark on record..my husband has a dismissed case 14yrs ago.nbi wont issue us the letter because they said we need a request letter from the embassy,.but embassy never gave us a request letter..our application was refused immediately and that is the stated reason..we dont know how to get that letter..i tried to email manila canada embassy but no reply.. my agency suggested to just reapply again and hope that this time, they will give the request letter..

Active pa ba ang problem mo about the case?
Nasa federal stage na po ako, nkuha submit nko ng nbi clearance no hit yon at first, pero ito ngaun pag check ko after 6 mos my hit na lumabas yung problem ko na dismissed na.ano p gagawin ko.tuanks

Hi same po tyo nang nangyare mam,nrefused po asawa ko dahil sa remarks na no criminal record wala silang hiningi na additional doc khit po request na need nula ng explanation ng nbi sobrang nangangapa po kami sa gagawin nmin.kamusta na po application nyo?nagreapply po ba kayo?

Kasi if you have submitted almost everything, that's when CEM will email you and ask for an addtl NBI written explanation na nakaaddress sa pangalan mo and yon ang ipinapakita sa NBI office for them to release written explanation. You just have to wait for them to answer. If your application is still within the processing weeks nya, they won't answer and mostly, they won't read, matatabunan lang email mo.

Hi good day!ask ko lng pano po kung narefused na ang wp pero hndi naman sila nagrequest ng kahit anong docs regarding sa remarks n no criminal record,?narefused kasi ung application nmin family of 3,husband ko wp ako owp then anak nmin student permit dahil po sa nbi kasp hndi po namin alam kung pag nag reapply kami pano kami makakakuha ng nbi explanation kung walang request nila wala po kasi silang email,please help po salamat

kumusta na application nyo? my husband din is OWP, need niya rin ang letter of explnation from nbi. but walang letter sa embassy. hindi pa namin na submit yung amin.

Hello yung husband ko will be applying for open work permit need niya rin certification form NBI. pano po ba makakuha niyan? kasi yung letter from nbi kasama na yan sa pagpass ng requirements sa embassy. hindi pa kami naka submit dahil yun ang kulang.

Hi may tanong po ako mag aaply kasi hubby ko ng open work permit. Tapos need nya yung nbi letter of explanation, ano po ba gagawin if hindi ngbibigay ng cic ng letter po? Thanks

Hi, ask ko lang po, I have ‘No pending Case ‘ po kasi sa NBI, then sabi kailang din po ng explanation letter from me, is there a format po ba for rhe explanation letter? Kailangan din ba ng affidavit or yun na yung explanation ko
 
Hi po, im currently re-processing my work permit din kasi first apply ko, I was refused dahil sa No criminal Record sa NBI, last friday nanghingi ako ng written explanation sa NBI main, binigay ko yung sinend ng CIC na request for NBI, naka state kasi dun yung explanation letter if you have no crim rec or no pending case sa nbi nyo, NBI accepted it, and today tuesday, ibibigay daw nila yung written explanation ko, my only problem yung court case, since di ko maiintindihan yung court document ko, hindi daw kasi xa dismissed since ng plead guilty ako, a very minor case, nagtapon ako ng bus ticket then nakalimutan kung bayaran yung fine kaya my warrant of arrest ako dahil dun, I paid the fine and the warrant of arrest was LIFTED. im just not sure if enough na ba yung document na yun as proof na ok na yung kaso ko.

Hi! What if ang NBI remark is "No Record on File", need pa po ba ng additional doc from NBI? I have no previous or pending case. Thanks
