First I sent them confirmations via contact form, and few days later they sent me an email that they transfered it to relevant departement.

It’s been 12 days and nothing shows like passed or anything. I did upfront medical

no I didn't get request... Checked my account and it was showing updated...

same,I am also June 2018 application,Medical pass 13 may,no any update after that,No Prearrival letter,backgroud still not yet start.
