We are identical in timelines. Has your background check started? Ours has not and I expect to go the full 12 months. All that is left is to wait....wait for pre arrival, or interview request, and then PPR.

Medical request: Apr 25th 2019
SA: Apr 25th 2019
Medical passed: Thu 9th May 2019
Biometrics completed: Thu 9th May 2019
Transfer to LVO: Thu 24th May 2019

PA from South Korea. I haven't got any request to perform medicals yet... Is it normal? Anyone else with just 16 weeks to go, but still no medical exams?

Full Timeline:

Application received - Sep 13
AOR1 - Dec. 14
SA - Jan 23
Transfer to Mississauga Office - Jan 23
Request for additional documents: CSQ and Police certificates : Jan 29
Request for longer delay to submit documents, Delay granted: March 1
New documents submitted: April 17

I contacted them and they confirmed to me that they had received the new documents... Since then, nothing.

The website says:

Review of eligibility We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements.
Review of medical results You do not need a medical exam. We will send you a message if this changes.
Background check - We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information.

Hi, I’m from Sri Lanka. On 26th of November 2018, Canada embassy have been received my medical results. It’s gonna be a 6 months now. I wanna know how long do I need to wait for passport request from embassy?
If anyone know please guide me
