Quebec Skilled Worker Federal Stage (After CSQ)

Hello.
We applied to Quebec Skilled force programme in 2012. Received CSQ in October 2017. Successfully passed our medicals in October 2018. No passport requests received to date.
Can any one advise if this timeframe is ok?
Are we correct to assume that we now at the very final stage and must received requests for passports to get our visas to finally relocate?
Does anyone know where we can email to speed up our case/to remind/to ask questions on why this takes so long?
Any other advise is welcome.

I provided a non-criminal records from my country of origin and a more detailed background form ( the one you filled in what you were doing for the past 10 years)

I have a question. In our file my wife is principal applicant. She is currently doing job. Our file received at federal on 21-12-18, received AOR on 16-03-19. Now my wife want to quit the job. Does it make any impact on our application.? Does CIS make any inquiry regarding job ?

I have received CSQ in Nov-18 and outland applicant from India.

It’s ok the last doc you submitted are still undergoing proof of authenticity before being processed by them. I guess same is related to your background check if the docs are criminality/morality certificates. It will be over soon. Just focus on the fact that you will go before May 2019 (Medical expiry) and decide whether you will go before , during or after winter. Also, do check GC key and inbox/junk/spam in case they asked for more info on your docs you provided.

I applied in september 2017, and still not receive Med Request. I got my GCMS notes this week and nothing started not even eligibility after 20 months.

And my file current location is Inventory-TC, anybody in this case? I'm inland applicant.

Have you paid processing fees? via bank draft or online payment?
Have you paid ROPRF ?
Have they requested any docs?
Checked your inbox/junk/spam?
Most important, checked GC key at the bottom for list of request/correspondance they have sent?

Yes, you can search it on Linkedin, Canada Job Bank etc..
