I have filled the ircc webform stating that my spouse in India. Can I send a passport? I am in Canada. Or do I have to wait for their reply. Kindly guide us.

I called CIC. The person told me you can send a email and I can proceed with my passport submission in Canada. From the beginning of my process my spouse is in India only. Do you have an idea how long does it take them to reply? Because the passport submission time is only 30 days.

I e-mailed them on 8th n submitted my passport on 13th at delhi vfs , they replied back on 14
