Hi i gave applied fir my Out land PR from India mean while iam on a visitor visa to Canada .Can I attend my interviw for PR in Canada or do I need to return to my home country . Someone please clarify!!!

Did you get an invitation to attend an interview? What is the interview location specified on that invitation? You can probably call IRCC (or use the webform) and let them know that you are currently in Canada as a visitor so you would prefer to attend the interview in Canada if possible?
Nope i still did not get the call for interview but i have to go to India in November and the deadline for my PR to be completed is September.I dont want to go twice in the same year.

Did you know that only a small percentage of applicants are invited for interviews? Are you just assuming that you will be called for an interview?
You mean the "12-month" standard application processing time is going to end in Sep-2019? So that means you submitted your application in Sep-2018?

No , I did not know that , I was assuming an interview is a mandatory process for PR .
If you applied Outland, your interview (if you have one) would take place at the local VO - so in Delhi. Is there any reason you assume that you will be having an interview?
I was just reading through the other threads in the forum and just wanted to know if there is any way to change the location of interview to Canada as iam currently in Canada on my visitor visa .I thought every person who had applied outland PR has to go through an interview process.
There is no way to change the location to Canada if called for an interview. This is stated directly in the app.
