Dm on sponsor side 3 days ago and Ecas says correspondence was sent on sponsor side regarding decision of the application a day later. PA still in process. No email or Sa yet according to our representative. What could the correspondence be?

If it says that on the sponsor side then the only decision letter that it could be is sponsor approval. It's possible you will be getting the letter by mail if you did not provide an email for sponsor on the application.

It’s correct. I called. The agent confirmed it.
But the pa side is still in process.
