Can I apply in university category with 5.5 band in writing and overall 6.5 bands?

I do have an offer letter from York university.

Selkirk College Associate of science program
Timeline-

.biometrics on 15 April
.medical updated on 3 May
.correspondence,passport request,approval on 8 May
PAssport submitted on 10 May VAC Chandigarh
Got visa stamp on passport on 13 May
Passport collected on 14 May.
Anybody for Selkirk college?
